- milk 2 tablespoons
- oligodextrin 2 tablespoons
- pasta sauce to taste
- egg 1 piece
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the cut potatoes in a bowl, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes until cooked.
- Mash the cooked potatoes finely, then mix in 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of oligodextrin until well combined.
- Lay the tortilla on a sheet of aluminum foil and evenly spread the mashed potato mixture over it.
- Spread pasta sauce to taste, then generously sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce until it’s fully covered.
- Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over the cheese.
- Separate the egg yolk and brush it around the edge of the tortilla to act as adhesive, then sprinkle the remaining egg mixture over the pizza.
- Bake in an air fryer or oven until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
- Dice the potatoes and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Mash the cooked potatoes and mix in milk and oligodextrin.
- Layer the tortilla with mashed potatoes, pasta sauce, cheese, and bacon.
- Brush the edges with egg yolk and sprinkle the remaining egg mixture before baking.
Cooking tips 💡
- Always cover the potatoes with a lid or plastic wrap when microwaving to prevent moisture loss.
- Brushing the edges with egg yolk results in a much more appetizing color and crisp texture after baking.
