  • red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • mirin 2 tablespoons
  • soy sauce 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • gochujang 1 tablespoon
  • Buldak sauce 0.5 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then place the chicken thighs and grill them evenly on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Reduce the heat to ensure the chicken cooks evenly throughout without burning on the outside.
  3. Mix sugar, red pepper powder, minced garlic, mirin, soy sauce, and gochujang in the specified amounts to make the spicy sauce. Add Buldak sauce if you want extra heat.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the prepared sauce to the pan, toss with the chicken, and stir-fry gently while reducing the sauce.
  6. Turn off the heat once the sauce has fully penetrated the meat, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
