- konjac noodles 1 pack
- steamed octopus slices as needed
- baby leaf greens a handful
- green chili peppers 1 piece
- red chili peppers 1 piece
- dongchimi broth 2 packs
- red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
- whole sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- vinegar 6 tablespoons
- ice cubes a few pieces
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine red pepper powder, whole sesame seeds, sugar, minced garlic, and vinegar in the specified amounts. Add 2 packs of dongchimi broth and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator until cold.
- Slice green and red chili peppers as finely as possible for garnish.
- Place drained konjac noodles in a serving bowl. Arrange baby leaf greens and steamed octopus slices attractively on top.
- Pour the chilled seasoned broth over the noodles. Top with ice cubes and sliced chilies to finish.
- Mix dongchimi broth with seasoning ingredients to make a cold broth.
- Finely slice green and red chili peppers for garnish.
- Place konjac noodles, baby leaf greens, and steamed octopus in a bowl.
- Pour the broth over, then add ice and chili slices to complete.
