  • Okjubu boneless galbi tang 1 pack
  • tomato sauce 1 bottle (600g)
  • potato 2 pieces
  • cherry tomato 6~8 pieces
  • shiitake mushroom 1 piece
  • onion 1 piece
  • carrot 1/2 piece

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the prepared potato, cherry tomato, shiitake mushroom, onion, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place all the chopped vegetables into a deep wok or pot at once.
  3. Pour the entire bottle of store-bought tomato sauce (600g) evenly over the vegetables.
  4. Add the Okjubu boneless galbi tang pack directly into the pan, including both meat and broth.
  5. Stir with a spatula to mix the sauce, broth, and vegetables thoroughly, then turn on the heat.
  6. Once the broth begins to boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer gently until the potatoes and carrots are fully cooked and the broth thickens.
  7. Serve the finished stew in a bowl and enjoy alongside lightly toasted baguette or bread.
