- tomato sauce 1 bottle (600g)
- potato 2 pieces
- cherry tomato 6~8 pieces
- shiitake mushroom 1 piece
- onion 1 piece
- carrot 1/2 piece
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the prepared potato, cherry tomato, shiitake mushroom, onion, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
- Place all the chopped vegetables into a deep wok or pot at once.
- Pour the entire bottle of store-bought tomato sauce (600g) evenly over the vegetables.
- Add the Okjubu boneless galbi tang pack directly into the pan, including both meat and broth.
- Stir with a spatula to mix the sauce, broth, and vegetables thoroughly, then turn on the heat.
- Once the broth begins to boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer gently until the potatoes and carrots are fully cooked and the broth thickens.
- Serve the finished stew in a bowl and enjoy alongside lightly toasted baguette or bread.
- Dice potato, tomato, mushroom, onion, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
