  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.3 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 standard cup water
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper powder

Recipe 🍳

  1. Dice the onion and slice the green onion diagonally to prepare the vegetables.
  2. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chicken stock, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, a small amount of ginger, and 1 standard cup of water to make the seasoning sauce.
  3. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan, then add the cleaned and prepared chicken and sear until the surface turns golden brown.
  4. Once the chicken is seared, wipe off the excess oil from the pan using a kitchen towel.
  5. Pour in the prepared seasoning sauce and bring to a boil.
  6. When the broth begins to bubble, add the prepared onion and green onion, then add 2 tablespoons red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon oligodextrin, and simmer gently to finish.
  1. Chop the vegetables and mix soy sauce, chicken stock, garlic, ginger, and water to make the sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sear the chicken until golden, then wipe off the oil.
  3. Pour in the sauce, bring to a boil, then add vegetables, red pepper powder, and oligodextrin and simmer.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Always sear the chicken first and wipe away the rendered oil to ensure the broth remains non-greasy and clean.
  • For added texture, soak wheat noodles beforehand and add them at the end during cooking, if desired.
