- coarse salt a pinch
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- whole grain mustard 1.5 tablespoons
- stevia (or sugar) 1 tablespoon
- whole black pepper a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Julienne the carrots into thin strips.
- Sprinkle coarse salt over the julienned carrots and mix well, then let them sit for about 10 minutes to marinate.
- Squeeze out all the moisture from the marinated carrots using your hands and transfer to a bowl.
