  • a pinch of seasoning salt
  • starch 2 tablespoons
  • vegetable oil as needed
  • mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • honey 1 tablespoon
  • honey mustard 1 tablespoon
  • minced garlic 0.5 teaspoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Finely julienne the carrot.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of seasoning salt over the julienned carrot, then add starch and gently mix until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil, then place the carrot strips in the pan, spreading them out so they don’t clump together, and fry until golden brown.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, honey, honey mustard, and minced garlic in the correct proportions to make the sauce.
