- square fish cake 5 pieces
- rice cake 2 pieces
- green onion 1 stalk
- gochujang 1 tablespoon
- oligodextrin 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- doenjang 0.5 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- dried anchovy-kombu broth 500ml
Recipe 🍳
- Cut green onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, oligodextrin, red pepper powder, sugar, doenjang, and minced garlic to make the seasoning paste.
- Thread square fish cakes and rice cakes onto skewers.
- Pour dried anchovy-kombu broth into a stew pot, add the prepared seasoning paste, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the skewered fish cakes and rice cakes along with the sliced green onion, and simmer gently until the sauce is well absorbed.
- Chop green onion finely.
- Make a seasoning paste using gochujang, doenjang, red pepper powder, and others.
- Skewer fish cakes and rice cakes.
- Dissolve the seasoning paste in broth and bring to a boil.
- Add fish cakes, rice cakes, and green onion, then simmer until done.
