  • beef as needed
  • soaked seaweed 20g
  • vegetable oil a little
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • water 2L
  • minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
  • anchovy sauce or tuna sauce 1 tablespoon
  • salt 0.5 tablespoon
  • sugar a little
  • toasted sesame oil a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot, then sauté beef cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Once the beef is partially cooked, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry together.
  3. Pour in 2L of water and add 20g of soaked seaweed.
  4. Add 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, followed by 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce or tuna sauce. Cover and simmer until thoroughly cooked.
  5. After simmering for a while, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt and a little sugar to adjust seasoning.
  6. Finish by drizzling toasted sesame oil around the surface to enhance the rich, nutty flavor.

  4. Adjust seasoning with salt and sugar.
