- beef as needed
- soaked seaweed 20g
- vegetable oil a little
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- water 2L
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- anchovy sauce or tuna sauce 1 tablespoon
- salt 0.5 tablespoon
- sugar a little
- toasted sesame oil a little
Recipe 🍳
- Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot, then sauté beef cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the beef is partially cooked, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry together.
- Pour in 2L of water and add 20g of soaked seaweed.
- Add 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, followed by 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce or tuna sauce. Cover and simmer until thoroughly cooked.
- After simmering for a while, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt and a little sugar to adjust seasoning.
- Finish by drizzling toasted sesame oil around the surface to enhance the rich, nutty flavor.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté beef.
- Add soy sauce and stir-fry, then add water and soaked seaweed.
- Add minced garlic and sauce, cover, and simmer.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and sugar.
- Turn off heat and add toasted sesame oil to finish.
