Okjubu's BBQ Ribs
Simple, sweet-and-salty soy-glazed short ribs made in an air fryer

- short ribs 2 packs
- doenjang 1 tablespoon
- pepper a pinch
- soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- ketchup 3 tablespoons
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- oligodextrin 2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Make long slits on the inner side of the short rib bones.
- Boil water with 1 tablespoon doenjang and a pinch of pepper, then simmer the short ribs until tender.
- In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons oligodextrin to make the barbecue sauce.
- Apply the prepared marinade evenly on both sides of the boiled short ribs.
- Place in the air fryer and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Make cuts on the inner side of the short rib bones.
- Simmer the short ribs in water with doenjang and pepper.
- Mix the required ingredients to prepare the barbecue sauce.
- Carefully coat both sides of the short ribs with the sauce.
- Air fry until done.
