Finely grate the Grana Padano cheese and coarsely grind the whole peppercorns so the particles are visible.
Finely mince the onion and garlic. The onion can be omitted according to preference.
Lightly coat a heated pan with olive oil and sauté the minced garlic and onion over low heat.
Add 200ml of pasta water and 150g of cooked spaghetti to the sautéed garlic and onion, and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat or turn it off, then add the grated cheese and a generous amount of ground peppercorns, mixing evenly to create the cheese sauce.
Plate the finished pasta and finish by sprinkling more cheese and ground peppercorns on top.

Grate the cheese and grind the peppercorns, then sauté the minced onion in a pan.
Add the pasta water and cooked pasta, turn off the heat, and mix in the grated cheese and ground peppercorns to make the sauce.
Plate and top with cheese and peppercorns to finish.
