Recipe

Peel the red potato, cut it in half, and slice it into large pieces.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and half a cup of water to the sliced potatoes and soak for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through to ensure even seasoning.
After 20 minutes, drain the soaking liquid and add 1.5 cups of soaked rice that has been drained of excess moisture to the rice cooker.
Place the seasoned potatoes and one raw egg directly on top of the rice without breaking the shell.
Pour in 1 cup of fresh water and press the regular cooking button on the electric rice cooker to cook for 26 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, remove the steam vent and open the lid carefully to transfer the potatoes and egg separately into a serving bowl, preventing them from breaking.

Cut potatoes into large pieces and soak in salt water for 20 minutes.
Place soaked rice, seasoned potatoes, and raw egg in the rice cooker, then add water.
Cook using the regular setting and serve neatly in a bowl.
