Recipe

Wash the bunch radish thoroughly, trim off the greens, and cut it in half lengthwise.
Place the prepared radish in a container and evenly sprinkle the required amount of sea salt and corn syrup alternately.
Close the lid and let it brine at room temperature for 3 days to fully draw out internal moisture.
Remove the brined radish, pat the surface dry with kitchen paper towels, then lay it on a colander without overlapping and sun-dry for 2 days until firm and thick.
Spread a thin layer of doenjang on the bottom of a storage container, then generously coat both sides of the dried radish with paste and stack them tightly inside.
Evenly sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sea salt over the top layer to finish.
Age in a cool, well-ventilated balcony for 5 months, then enjoy starting next spring.

Cut radish in half, sprinkle with salt and corn syrup, and brine for 3 days.
Remove moisture from the brined radish and dry it on a colander in the sun for 2 days.
Coat the radish thickly with doenjang, pack into a container, sprinkle with salt, and age for 5 months.
