Recipe

Wash the radish thoroughly and slice it into bite-sized, thin strips.
Cut the green and red chili peppers diagonally and gently remove the seeds.
In a pot, combine 1 cup soy sauce, 2/3 cup vinegar, and 2/3 cup sugar, and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
Pack the sliced radish tightly into an airtight container and pour the hot brine over it.
Add the sliced green and red chili peppers and gently mix to ensure even distribution of the brine.
Close the lid and let it age in the refrigerator for three days before serving.

Slice the radish and cut the chilies diagonally.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a pot and simmer briefly.
Place radish and chilies in a container and pour the hot brine over them.
Age in the refrigerator for three days to complete.
