Ingredients needed 🛒4 servings

  • 200g salted zasai, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce

  3. Heat a pan and add chili oil. Stir-fry the sliced green onion to release its aroma.
  4. Add the squeezed zasai to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
  5. Add oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to adjust seasoning and boost savoriness.
  6. Turn off the heat once the ingredients are tender yet crisp, transfer to a serving plate, and let cool.
