Cooking tips 💡

• Since this is not a clear broth dish, it's sufficient to parboil the ribs for 10 minutes without soaking them for too long to remove blood. Simply wash the bones thoroughly by hand.
• When stir-frying the chili oil seasoning, use medium-low heat. If the heat is too high, the gochugaru can burn easily and become bitter. It must be stir-fried gently over low to medium-low heat.
