Recipe 🍳

  1. Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, then cook 150g of pasta for 7 minutes.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 100g of onion, 100g of ground pork, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
  3. Once the pork is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of doubanjiang, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Mix well. (If using unsweetened peanut butter, add a small amount of sugar.) Then add the cooked pasta, 5 tablespoons of pasta water, and 100g of soybean sprouts. Stir-fry everything together.
  4. Add another 5 tablespoons of pasta water and mix thoroughly to adjust the consistency.
  5. Transfer the pasta to a serving plate. Top with 30g of green onion, 1 tablespoon of crushed sesame seeds, and chili oil. Prepare soft-boiled egg by mixing 150ml of water, 0.5 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 egg, then microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Place the egg on top of the pasta.
  1. While boiling the pasta, stir-fry pork, onion, red pepper powder, and other ingredients in a pan.
  2. Combine the stir-fried mixture with cooked pasta, soybean sprouts, and a sauce made from peanut butter and doubanjiang.
  3. Finish by adding chili oil, green onion, and soft-boiled egg.
