- Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
- Green onion: 30g (can substitute with leek)
- Bacon: 60g
- Onion: 60g
- Zucchini: 50g
- Carrot: 30g
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Rice: 2 bowls
- Eggs
- Water: 5 tablespoons
- Ketchup: 5 tablespoons
- Tonkatsu sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Teriyaki sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Corn syrup: 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry. 1) 3 tablespoons cooking oil 2) 30g green onion 3) 60g bacon 4) 60g onion 5) 50g zucchini 6) 30g carrot.
- When the onion becomes transparent, add the following ingredients and stir-fry once more. 1) 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2) 2 bowls of rice.
- Beat the eggs and fry them. 1) 2 eggs 2) Cooking oil.
- Add the following ingredients to a pan and make the sauce. 1) 5 tablespoons water 2) 5 tablespoons ketchup 3) 3 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce 4) 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 5) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
- Top the stir-fried rice with the fried egg and sauce for a simple finish.
- Sauté bacon, onion, zucchini, and carrot in a pan until fragrant.
- Add rice and season with soy sauce to finish the fried rice.
- Cook an egg sheet, place it over the fried rice, and drizzle with ketchup.
