Recipe 🍳

  1. Add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry. 1) 3 tablespoons cooking oil 2) 30g green onion 3) 60g bacon 4) 60g onion 5) 50g zucchini 6) 30g carrot.
  2. When the onion becomes transparent, add the following ingredients and stir-fry once more. 1) 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2) 2 bowls of rice.
  3. Beat the eggs and fry them. 1) 2 eggs 2) Cooking oil.
  4. Add the following ingredients to a pan and make the sauce. 1) 5 tablespoons water 2) 5 tablespoons ketchup 3) 3 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce 4) 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 5) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
  5. Top the stir-fried rice with the fried egg and sauce for a simple finish.
