  • LA Galbi: 2kg
  • Pear Juice: 1L
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 3 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic: 3 tbsp
  • Green Onion: 100g
  • Black Pepper: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil: 50ml

Recipe 🍳

  1. Prepare the galbi. Score the ribs diagonally. Rinse with water.
  2. Make the LA galbi marinade. Add pear juice. Add sugar. Add salt. Add minced garlic. Add black pepper. Add sesame oil. Finely chop and add green onion. Mix well. Place the prepared galbi in the marinade and refrigerate for one day.
  3. Cook the LA galbi. Place LA galbi in a frying pan. Add a little marinade. Cook evenly, flipping as needed. Cut the galbi with scissors. Sear further with a torch. Serve.
