- Seasoned ground pork (enough for three geun of ground pork: green onion, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper)
- 1 bowl of rice
- 1-2 eggs
- Some green onion
- Some teriyaki sauce
- Some cooking oil
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine ground pork with chopped green onion, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Knead well to create the seasoned meat base.
- Crack the eggs and make soft scrambled eggs; set aside in a separate bowl.
- Heat a pan with a little cooking oil. Add the seasoned ground pork and stir-fry, breaking it apart, until browned and crumbly.
- Place rice in a serving bowl and generously top with the stir-fried pork.
- Garnish with the scrambled eggs and finely chopped green onion.
- Finally, lightly drizzle teriyaki sauce over the top to finish.
- Mix ground pork with green onion and soy sauce seasoning.
- Stir-fry the meat in oil until crumbly, and make scrambled eggs.
- Top rice with meat, eggs, and green onion, then drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
