- Seasoned salt, a little
- Crab sticks, appropriate amount
- Sliced ham, a little
- Shredded carrot, a little

Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add finely shredded cabbage and onion. Remove the center seeds of the cucumber, slice thinly, and add to the bowl.
- Sprinkle salt over the vegetables and toss well. Let them pickle for about 30 minutes to retain crunchiness.
- While the vegetables are pickling, lightly beat eggs with a pinch of seasoned salt. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to make oil-free scrambled eggs.
- After 30 minutes, squeeze the pickled vegetables as dry as possible using a cloth or your hands, then transfer to another bowl.
- Add torn crab sticks, thinly sliced ham and carrot, and the cooled scrambled eggs to the bowl with the drained vegetables.
- Squeeze in plenty of mayonnaise, add honey mustard and pepper, then gently toss everything together without crushing the ingredients. Serve.
- Pickle shredded cabbage, onion, and cucumber in salt for 30 minutes, then squeeze out water by hand.
- Mix eggs with seasoned salt and microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds to make moist egg garnish.
- Combine pickled vegetables with crab sticks, ham, carrot, and eggs, then toss with mayonnaise and mustard sauce.
Cooking tips 💡
- Since cucumbers have a lot of water, scrape out the center seeds with a spoon before using to prevent the salad from becoming watery over time.
- Squeeze the vegetables as dry as possible to maximize the crunchy, addictive texture.
- This salad is delicious on its own, but it's also great as a canapé on crackers or as a filling in warm morning bread rolls for a harmonious sandwich.
