Recipe 🍳

  1. Using the back of a spoon, press down firmly on the center of the bread slice to create a well-like indentation for the filling.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, allulose, and egg. Whisk or stir until smooth and lump-free to make the yogurt custard batter.
  3. Fill the indentation in the bread with the prepared batter, being careful not to overflow.
  4. Place the bread in an air fryer preheated to 170°C (338°F) and bake for about 15 minutes until the batter is puffed up and set.
  1. Press the center of the bread with a spoon to make a bowl-shaped hollow.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, allulose, and egg evenly to create a cream batter, then pour it into the hollow.
  3. Bake in an air fryer at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes until the cream is set.
