- LA Galbi: 1.5kg
- Pear: 1500g
- Onion: 500g
- Pineapple: 200g
- Water: 200ml
- Soy Sauce: 400ml
- Cider: 300ml
- Cooking Wine: 200ml
- Sesame Oil: 50ml
- Minced Garlic: 4 tablespoons
- Oyster Sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Black Pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Green Onion: 200g
Recipe 🍳
- Soak the LA galbi (1.5kg) in water for 2 hours to remove blood. 1.5kg LA galbi.
- Combine the following ingredients in a blender and blend: 1500g pear, 500g onion, 200g pineapple, 200ml water. Strain the blended vegetables through a cheesecloth.
- In a bowl, combine the strained juice with the following ingredients to make the marinade: 400ml soy sauce, 300ml cider, 200ml cooking wine, 50ml sesame oil, 4 tablespoons minced garlic, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 200g green onion.
- Rinse the LA galbi after soaking to remove blood, then pour the marinade over it and refrigerate to complete. Beef: 500g LA Galbi Marinade: 70ml Sesame seeds Glass noodles: 200g Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons Pork: 200g Carrot: 100g Shiitake mushroom: 150g Onion: 150g LA Galbi Marinade: 300ml Spinach: 150g Sesame seeds Sesame oil.
- Mix 500g of finely chopped beef with 70ml of LA galbi marinade. 500g beef, 70ml LA galbi marinade.
- Spread the meat thinly in a pan and bake in an air fryer at 190°C for 25 minutes to make crispy bulgogi. Sesame seeds.
- Soak 200g of glass noodles in water for over 1 hour. 200g glass noodles.
- Stir-fry the following ingredients in a pan: 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 200g pork, 100g carrot, 150g shiitake mushroom, 150g onion.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the following ingredients and stir-fry: 200g soaked glass noodles, 300ml LA galbi marinade. *If you want more color, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce.
- When the glass noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add the following ingredients, then toss to make Japchae: 150g spinach, sesame seeds, sesame oil.
- Prepare and measure all ingredients in advance.
