  • Fine gochugaru (red pepper powder): 1 tablespoon
  • Bean sprouts
  • Rice
  • Onion
  • Egg yolk

Recipe 🍳

  1. Boil the following ingredients in water for 1 hour: 1) Beef small intestines 2) Doenjang 1 tablespoon 3) Whole peppercorns 4) Bay leaves 5) Ginger 6) Soju.
  2. Slice the onion and soak it in cold water.
