Recipe

Place bacon on a heated pan and cook until golden brown.
While the bacon cooks, mix eggs, a little milk, and salt in a bowl to make a smooth egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture directly over the cooking bacon and spread evenly.
When the eggs are half-cooked and starting to set, place a tortilla on top and press lightly.
Place a large plate or bowl over the pan, flip the pan to invert the egg and tortilla, then return to the pan.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and condensed milk in a 1:1:1 ratio to make the special sauce.
Spread the sauce evenly over the egg side of the flipped tortilla.
Generously layer cheese, jalapeño slices, sliced ham, and finely shredded cabbage on top of the sauce.
Hold the ends tightly and roll up firmly and snugly to finish.

Cook bacon in a pan, pour egg mixture over it, and when half-set, cover with a tortilla and flip.
Spread a sauce made of mayonnaise, Sriracha, and condensed milk (1:1:1) on the egg surface.
Top with cheese, jalapeño, ham, and shredded cabbage, then roll tightly.
