Dice half an onion and set aside. If the sharpness of the onion is too strong, soak it in cold water for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain before using.
Cut one tomato in half, insert the knife diagonally to remove the stem end, then chop finely as if mincing.
Remove the pit and skin from one ripe avocado, then dice it. Also cut the boiled egg into similar-sized pieces.
Place the chopped vegetables, avocado, and egg into a bowl. Add salt 1/3 teaspoon, olive oil 1 teaspoon, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, and pepper two pinches. Gently mix without mashing to create the salad.
Preheat a dry pan over medium heat. Place the tortilla on the pan and grill both sides for a total of 20 seconds without oil.
Lay some lettuce on the grilled tortilla, then generously fill it with the prepared salad.
First fold the bottom edge and the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom, securing it so it doesn’t unravel.
Cut the roll in half at an angle for easier eating, and arrange neatly on a plate.
