  • Cooking oil: 1 spoonful
  • Gochujang: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochugaru: 1 spoonful
  • Ramen soup powder: 1 spoonful
  • Water: 500ml
  • Sugar: 1 spoonful
  • Jin-ganjang: 1 spoonful
  • Cabbage: 60g
  • Eomuk: 40g
  • Tteok: 80g
  • Ramen (Shin Ramyun, Jin Ramen, or any other according to preference)
  • Boiled eggs
  • Green onions: 40g
  • Corn syrup: 1 spoonful
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry slowly over low heat. 1) 1 spoonful cooking oil 2) 1 tablespoon gochujang 3) 1 spoonful gochugaru 4) 1 spoonful ramen soup powder.
  2. Add the following ingredients to the sauce and boil. 1) 500ml water (3 cups by paper cup standard) 2) 1 spoonful sugar 3) 1 spoonful jin-ganjang 4) 60g cabbage 5) 40g eomuk 6) 80g tteok.
  3. Once the water boils, add ramen and boiled eggs and cook. 1) Ramen 2) Boiled eggs.
  4. When the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add the following ingredients to finish. 1) 40g green onions 2) 1 spoonful corn syrup 3) Sesame seeds.
