- Mussels: 500g
- Red pepper powder: 4 spoonfuls
- Sugar: 2 spoonfuls
- Gochujang: 1 spoonful
- Soy sauce: 1 spoonful
- Minced garlic: 1 spoonful
- Ramen broth packet: 0.5 spoonful
- Black pepper
- Fish cake: 60g
- Rice cakes: 150g
- Cabbage: 50g
- Green onion: 80g
- Boiled egg
- Ramen noodles
Recipe 🍳
- Add 500g of mussels to a pot and boil. 500g mussels.
- When the mussels open, strain the mussel broth and remove the mussels. 600ml mussel broth.
- Add the following ingredients to the 600ml mussel broth and season. 4 spoonfuls red pepper powder, 2 spoonfuls sugar, 1 spoonful gochujang, 1 spoonful soy sauce, 1 spoonful minced garlic, 0.5 spoonful ramen broth packet, black pepper.
- Add the following ingredients to the seasoned mussel broth and boil. 60g fish cake, 150g rice cakes, 50g cabbage, 80g green onion, boiled egg.
- Once the water starts boiling, add the following ingredients, cover with a lid, and boil until the noodles are cooked to complete! Ramen, mussel meat, mussels.
- Boil mussels to make stock, then prepare a spicy sauce with gochugaru, sugar, and gochujang.
- Add the sauce, fish cakes, rice cakes, cabbage, and scallions to the mussel stock and boil.
- Finally, add instant ramen noodles and mussel meat, cook until done, and serve.

- In Mussel Rabokki, remove mussels as soon as their shells open to prevent them from becoming tough, and use the broth to add depth to the sauce.
