Remove the sternum plate of the stunned crab, and carefully separate the body from the top shell (crab shell) by inserting your hand between them.
Trim the eyes and the gills near the legs attached to the body with scissors, and remove the hard bones from the inner corners of the crab shell.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, butter melted in the microwave, minced garlic, and parsley powder to taste to make the sauce.
Generously fill the inside of the separated, empty crab shells with the prepared butter-garlic mayo sauce.
Arrange the sauce-filled crab shells and the neatly cleaned crab bodies in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
Bake in an air fryer set to 180 degrees Celsius for over 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the surface of the crab meat is a deep golden brown.
Scrape out the meat from the well-baked crab body and dip it generously into the moist mayo sauce that has melted inside the crab shell, or mix them together and enjoy.
