  • Pork fat
  • Ginger: 4g
  • Chunjang: 5 tbsp
  • Pork loin: 300g
  • Cabbage: 250g

  • Sugar: 3 spoons
  • Mirin: 0.5 spoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the pork fat into bite-sized pieces, then place in a 160-degree air fryer and bake for 1 hour. Pork fat.
