  • Minced ginger: 3 tablespoons
  • Fried black bean paste: 5 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken stock: 2 tablespoons
  • MSG: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion: 900g
  • Cabbage: 900g
  • Chinese noodles
