After 5 minutes, remove the plumped jimi-chae from the water, squeeze tightly with both hands to remove as much moisture as possible, ensuring the sauce will adhere.
Place the drained jimi-chae into the prepared butter-peanut sauce bowl, and massage with your fingers to coat each strand evenly.
Spread the seasoned jimi-chae strands in a single layer on the air fryer tray, and air fry at 160°C for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
