Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl with shredded potatoes, mix in the following ingredients: 700g potato, 0.5 tbsp salt, 0.3 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 5 tbsp potato starch.
  2. In a separate bowl with ground beef, mix in the following ingredients: 400g ground beef, 0.3 tbsp salt, 0.2 tbsp pepper.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the potato mixture and ground beef mixture until golden brown on both sides.
