  1. Make Aged Kimchi Woosamgyeop Rolls. Place woosamgyeop in a frying pan and grill. Wash aged kimchi under running water to remove seasoning. Put rice in a bowl. Add vinegar. Add sugar. Add salt. Mix well. Place aged kimchi on a bamboo mat. Place woosamgyeop next to it. Layer aged kimchi and then woosamgyeop. Spread rice on top. Roll tightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Done.
