A hearty aburasoba made by stir-frying pork belly and garlic to create chashu, then tossing it with ramyun seasoning and soy sauce dressing, topped with crushed seaweed and scallions.

Cooking tips

  • Once the water starts boiling, turn off the heat, add 200ml cold water and the egg, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes to make onsen tamago.
  • Mix 1 pack ramyun seasoning, 50ml olive oil, 2 tbsp Jin-ganjang, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp vinegar to make the dressing.
