Cooking tips 💡

• Since this is a stir-fried style where the broth is fully reduced, adding all the seasoning will make it very salty. Use all the Buldak sauce but reduce the Neoguri powder to half or less, adjusting to taste.
• Besides pork jowl, you can use other fatty cuts like thinly sliced pork belly or beef brisket to mellow the spiciness.
• Neoguri and Buldak noodles may have slightly different cooking times, so stir well to ensure even cooking.
