Recipe

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Cut the beef steak into bite-sized cubes.
Heat a pan over high heat, add the cooking oil, then add the beef. Season with garlic salt and black pepper, and sear until the outside is nicely browned.
Add the Chapagetti noodles, Neoguri noodles, and the dried vegetable flakes from both packets to the boiling water and cook.
When the noodles are about 80% cooked, drain them, reserving 1/2 cup of the noodle water. Add the noodles to the pan with the beef, and pour in the reserved noodle water.
Add the entire Chapagetti powder soup packet and the Neoguri powder soup packet (1/2 to the whole packet, to taste), and stir-fry together.
Add 1 teaspoon of butter and stir-fry until the sauce and noodles are evenly combined and glossy, then serve.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry in a pan.
Boil the ramyun noodles and dried vegetable flakes, then drain, reserving some noodle water.
Add the noodles, noodle water, powder soup packets, and butter to the pan, stir-fry everything together, and plate.

Cooking tips

Adding 1 teaspoon of butter at the end gives the sauce a glossy sheen and smoothly melds the flavors of the two ramyun soup powders.
Adjust the spiciness by using between 1/2 and 1 full packet of Neoguri soup powder, according to your preference.
Don't discard all the noodle water; reserve some to adjust the sauce consistency when stir-frying.
