Eonam Teacher's Eoguri Ramyun

A spicy broth ramyun with the flavor of spicy Korean fish cake (eomuk) soup, made by infusing garlic and gochujang oil

Ingredients needed 1 servings

Recipe

Cooking tips

  • Insert the skewers deep into the Korean fish cake (eomuk) and tighten so they don't come loose.
  • Gochujang and garlic burn easily over high heat, so be sure to stir-fry over low heat to make the oil.
  • Gochujang thickens the broth, so use 700ml of water.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to enjoy a special, deep broth flavor beyond ordinary ramyun.
  • Those who want to easily try the combination of spicy Korean fish cake (eomuk) soup and ramyun at home.
  • Those who want to easily make a nice late-night snack on a hungry night.
