- Add one pack of soft tofu, one pack of buldak liquid seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of tonkatsu sauce. Simmer until the noodles are fully cooked.

- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top and stir roughly until the cheese melts smoothly.
- Sprinkle the reserved buldak ramen fried noodles on top to finish.
- Crush the ramen into small pieces and add to a pan with water, soft tofu, buldak seasoning, and tonkatsu sauce. Simmer together.
- Once the noodles are cooked and the broth has reduced, add sweet corn and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese melts.
- Top with the included fried noodles and serve, ready to be enjoyed with a spoon.
Cooking tips 💡
- If sweet corn is unavailable, use half a tablespoon of sugar to balance the spicy and salty flavors.
- Tonkatsu sauce is essential—it softens the heat while enhancing the savory depth of the dish.
- Crush the noodles very finely so they don’t stick out when scooping with a spoon, ensuring a smooth and pleasant texture.
