Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- bread 2 pieces
- egg 4 pieces
- milk 3 tablespoons
- sugar a pinch
- salt a pinch
- vegetable oil a little
- onion 1/4 piece
- pork belly 1 handful
- frozen shrimp 1 handful
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- spaghetti sauce 3 tablespoons
- mozzarella cheese generously
- slice cheese 1 piece
- parsley powder a pinch
- pepper a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Cut 2 pieces of bread into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Mix in 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of salt, stirring until the bread is evenly soaked.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add sliced onion, 1 handful of pork belly, and thawed frozen shrimp, and stir-fry together.
- Once the ingredients are cooked, create a space on one side of the pan, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to impart a smoky flavor, then mix it into the stir-fried ingredients and set aside on a plate.
- Wipe the pan lightly with a kitchen towel, reduce heat to low, and spread the bread soaked in egg mixture evenly across the pan bottom.
- Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown, then spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the top surface.
- Place the prepared stir-fried toppings generously on top, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and slice cheese according to preference, and finish with a sprinkle of parsley powder.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from heat once the cheese has melted, and sprinkle a little pepper to finish.
- Soak cut bread in a mixture of egg, milk, sugar, and salt to make it moist.
- Stir-fry onion, pork belly, and shrimp, then season with soy sauce and set aside.
- Fry the bread on both sides over low heat, then add sauce, toppings, and cheese, cover with a lid, and melt.
Cooking tips 💡
- When baking the bread, keep the heat low—high heat may burn the bottom and dry out the pizza.
- You can substitute pork belly and shrimp with mushrooms, ham, leftover meat, or any other ingredients you have in the fridge.
- Lightly sear the soy sauce on the pan bottom to enhance the overall flavor and add a rich, smoky aroma to the dish.
