Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- spicy ramen 1 pack
- tuna 1 can
- mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- sugar 0.5 tablespoon
- minced garlic a little
- green chili pepper 1 piece
- black pepper a little
Recipe 🍳
- Remove as much oil as possible from the tuna can, then fluff it up finely.
- In a bowl, combine the oil-free tuna, mayonnaise, sugar, minced garlic, and one pack of ramen powder seasoning.
- Dice the green chili pepper thinly and add it to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly to create a spicy tuna mayo sauce.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the ramen noodles and cook them to your preferred texture.
- After boiling, drain the noodles without rinsing under cold water. Simply shake off excess moisture using a colander, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Place the prepared spicy tuna mayo sauce on top of the noodles and sprinkle generously with black pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Remove oil from the tuna can, then mix with mayonnaise, sugar, minced garlic, seasoning packet, green chili pepper.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water to desired doneness, then drain and remove excess moisture.
- Place noodles in a bowl, top with spicy tuna mayo sauce and black pepper, and finish mixing.
Cooking tips 💡
- Make sure to squeeze out all the oil from the tuna can so the sauce maintains a smooth, thick consistency when mixed with mayonnaise.
- Do not rinse the cooked noodles with cold water—toss them while still warm so the sauce adheres evenly without separating.
- The more black pepper you add, the better the sharp, aromatic flavor complements the rich, savory taste of the tuna mayo.
