In a large bowl, combine 1 serving of cold instant rice, 2 raw eggs, 1 teaspoon chicken stock, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix vigorously with a spatula to coat the rice evenly with the egg mixture.

Press the finished fried rice into a bowl, then invert onto a plate to create a neat dome. Drizzle generously with mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce in a zigzag pattern. Serve immediately.
