Solo Cooking God's Oyster Sauce Samgyeopsal Kimchi Fried Rice

- 100g pork belly
- 1/2 cup napa cabbage kimchi
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 egg
Recipe 🍳
- Add oil to a pan, put in 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant to make scallion oil.
- When the scallion aroma rises, add the pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut the cooked pork belly into small pieces with scissors, then add chopped napa cabbage kimchi and stir-fry in the rendered meat oil.
- When the kimchi softens, add 1 bowl of rice and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (the all-purpose cheat key).
- To give it an appetizing red color, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon gochugaru, then stir-fry well so the rice and ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Nicely plate the fried rice, and top with a soft-boiled fried egg cooked in a separate pan to finish.
- Stir-fry chopped green onion in a pan to make scallion oil, add pork belly and cook until golden.
- Cut the meat into small pieces, add kimchi and stir-fry, then add rice, oyster sauce, and gochugaru, and stir-fry together.
- Put on a plate and top with a soft-boiled fried egg.
