  • 1 packet anchovy kalguksu ramyun
  • Water (as recommended on ramyun package)
  • 1/2 packet soup powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon doenjang

Recipe 🍳

  1. Pour the amount of water recommended on the back of the ramyun package into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling vigorously, add half of the included soup powder.
  3. Add the noodles and vegetable flake packet to the pot.
  4. Add half a tablespoon of savory doenjang to the broth and stir thoroughly with chopsticks until it dissolves completely without lumps.
  5. Continue boiling for about 5 minutes until the kalguksu noodles are soft and chewy, then serve.
