Solo Cooking God's Doenjang Kalguksu Ramyeon

Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- 1 packet anchovy kalguksu ramyun
- Water (as recommended on ramyun package)
- 1/2 packet soup powder
- 1/2 tablespoon doenjang
Recipe 🍳
- Pour the amount of water recommended on the back of the ramyun package into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling vigorously, add half of the included soup powder.
- Add the noodles and vegetable flake packet to the pot.
- Add half a tablespoon of savory doenjang to the broth and stir thoroughly with chopsticks until it dissolves completely without lumps.
- Continue boiling for about 5 minutes until the kalguksu noodles are soft and chewy, then serve.
- Boil water in a pot, then add half the soup powder, noodles, and vegetable flakes.
- Stir in half a tablespoon of doenjang into the broth until fully dissolved.
- Boil for 5 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked.
