Recipe 🍳
- Boil the ramen noodles, dry ingredients, and a handful of bean sprouts together in vigorously boiling water, cooking them 1–2 minutes longer than usual.

- In a clean bowl, combine the ramen powder soup mix, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons vinegar, mixing well.
- Once the seasonings are evenly dissolved, pour in 2 cups of cold water to create a refreshing, tangy-sweet broth.

- Slice the 1/4 onion and cucumber as thinly and evenly as possible, then generously top the noodles.
- Finally, float ice cubes on top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to finish.
- Cook ramen noodles and bean sprouts longer than usual, then rinse under cold water to remove excess heat.
- Mix ramen powder soup mix, sugar, dark soy sauce, and vinegar, then add cold water to make a refreshing broth.
- Add noodles to the broth, then top with sliced cucumber, onion, ice, and toasted sesame seeds.
Cooking tips 💡
- Rinsing the noodles under cold water causes them to shrink quickly, so cook them slightly longer than normal to maintain a chewy yet not tough texture.
- For a stronger sweet flavor, increase sugar to up to 2 tablespoons based on personal preference.
- Slice the cucumber and onion as thinly and uniformly as possible to ensure they blend smoothly with the cold noodles and deliver a harmonious crisp bite.
