  • ground pork 300g
  • breadcrumbs 2 cups
  • cheese a little
  • eggs 2
  • dried parsley a little
  • pepper a little
  • store-bought tomato sauce 1 can
  • pasta (rigatoni or similar) 2 servings
  • green onions a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Mix ground beef and pork in a 1:1 ratio. Add breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, dried parsley, and pepper. Knead until the mixture becomes sticky.
  2. Shape the mixture into a large, tight ball to form a giant king meatball.
  3. Add oil to a pan and heat thoroughly. Reduce heat to medium, then roll the king meatball in the pan until the surface is browned evenly.
  4. Place the seared king meatball into store-bought tomato sauce, ensuring it is fully submerged. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour until cooked through.
  5. Boil water and cook thick pasta until al dente.
  6. Place the cooked pasta in a bowl. Top with the simmered tomato sauce and king meatball. Garnish with cheese and chopped green onions before serving.
