Recipe

Cut the cabbage into large, thick pieces.

After curing, drain the cabbage thoroughly by placing it in a colander to remove all excess water.
Pour the blended seasoning over the drained cabbage and mix well to combine.

Cut cabbage into thick pieces and cure with coarse salt.
Blend leftover rice and all seasoning ingredients together in a blender.
Drain the cured cabbage completely and toss with the seasoning.
