  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Seasoned salt a pinch
  • Corn syrup 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 piece

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pan, add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, a pinch of seasoned salt, and 2 tbsp corn syrup. Gently heat until dissolved.
  2. Add 1 piece of butter to the seasoning sauce and stir until the butter is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add the cleaned squid legs to the pan and mix well to coat evenly with the seasoning sauce.
  4. Place the sauce-coated squid legs in the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly without overlapping.
  5. Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 7-8 minutes, then increase to 190°C and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Place the finished grilled squid in a bowl and serve with mayonnaise for dipping, if desired.
