Clean the bean sprouts thoroughly and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, combine 3.5 tbsp buchimgaru, 3 eggs, a pinch of seasoned salt, and sliced Cheongyang chili peppers. Gently mix in the bean sprouts to form a batter.
In another bowl, combine the ground pork with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oyster sauce. Mix well to marinate.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Spread a portion of the bean sprout batter into a round shape.
Evenly distribute the marinated pork on top and pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides.

Wash bean sprouts and remove moisture completely.
Mix buchimgaru, eggs, salt, peppers, and bean sprouts into a batter.
Season ground pork with pepper and oyster sauce.
Place batter in pan, top with meat, and fry until golden.

Cooking tips

Remove as much moisture from the bean sprouts as possible to keep the batter from becoming watery and to maintain crunchiness.
