Recipe

Use a potato peeler (slicer) to shave the Spam into long, thin slices and set aside.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of seasoned salt, and beat well.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat, pour in a thin layer of egg, and cook the egg crepe on both sides.
In warm rice, add finely chopped perilla leaves, pickled radish, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix evenly to make seasoned rice.
Lay the egg crepe on a cutting board and place the grilled Spam slices on top.
Place a portion of the seasoned rice on top and roll it up tightly.
Cut the rolled pieces into bite-sized pieces.

Thinly slice the Spam with a peeler and beat the eggs to make a thin egg crepe.
Mix the rice with chopped perilla leaves, pickled radish, salt, and sesame oil to make seasoned rice.
Place the Spam and rice on the egg crepe, roll it up tightly, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
